Meditation and yoga as a mean of stimulating creativity

Combining my way of thinking through Yoga practise and Art
For most of my life I have devoted my attention to both a spiritual practice and to art. Today I experience my weekly sessions practicing art and yoga alternatively and teaching yoga asanas (exercise). In my activities I bring a spiritual point of view to public art projects and form meaningful images of this so called focused art. In all of my work, I integrate the sacred and the secular.
After studying and working for several French institutions in Europe I continued my professional life in Asia. Experiencing almost 10 years South Korea and Thailand where I was enthusiastically influenced by the Zen Buddhism, what is to be noticed until now in any kind of activities of my daily life. Gettin’ a chance to work in Israel in 2007 I had chosen Tel Aviv-Jaffa as a residence. I started studying art in Tel Aviv academically and became after long years practise a Sivananda Yoga teacher. I accomplished my studies at the Sivananda Yoga Center in Tel Aviv where I have received after a teachers training course of 500 h a Sivananda TTC license. Furthermore the practise of Sivananda Hatha Yoga techniques are foremost inspired and enriched by the “Vijnana-Yoga” principles, practising from inside based on Orit Sen Guptas teachings in Israel.
